Used by the strength and recency modes, and by the passing-contact field.
Anything weaker than this is hidden. The default is the most permissive setting, showing every detection in the capture.
Relative strength maps signal onto a fixed on-screen span so every cloud stays legible and comparable at any zoom. True metres draws the real path-loss radius, which is honest but makes the loudest detections vanish until you zoom right in.
